NOTICE 

Exchange & Return Policy

(1) All exchange and return requests must be submitted through the Q&A section.

(2) For products without a “No Exchange/Refund” notice on the product detail page, requests may be made within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. (Return items must arrive at TARE within 7 days.) 

(3) When submitting an exchange or return request, please include the tracking number and return the item via designated Logistics. 

(4) Returns sent without prior approval may not be identifiable and may be returned without notice. After submitting your exchange/return request, please arrange pickup through the designated Logistics app or ARS, using your tracking number. 

※ If using other courier services, any additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer. 

※ For exchanges due to defects or incorrect delivery, round-trip shipping costs will be covered by TARE. 

※ For returns due to change of mind, the return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Exchange / Non-Refundable Cases

(1) Custom-made items, exclusive lines, or any products clearly marked as non-exchangeable / non-refundable

(2)  Requests made more than 7 days after delivery, or products that have been damaged or altered due to customer negligence 

(3) Defects discovered after washing, or items showing signs of use such as fragrance, wear, washing, or stains Returns requested for changes or damage caused by washing (exchange/refund not permitted) 

(4) Products whose value has been compromised due to improper or damaged packaging 

※ This policy does not affect exchanges or refunds for verified defects or incorrect deliveries, in accordance with TARE’s standards.
